Terence Beringhs é sócio fundador do GVBV Advogados e tem sua prática focada em direito empresarial em especial M&A. No últimos anos transacionou mais de R$ 2,8 bilhões em operações de fusões e aquisições.

Terence tem sido regularmente reconhecido entre os principais profissionais da área de M&A do país pelas principais publicações nacionais e internacionais. Em 2022, foi indicado como Next Generation Partner e recebeu o prêmio Client Choice Awards das publicações inglesas, The Legal 500 e Lexology.

É mestre em direito pela University of California – Berkeley School of Law (Berkeley, EUA – LL.M.); especialista em direito tributário pela Faculdade de Direito da USP; advogado graduado pela Faculdade de Direito do Mackenzie; e bacharel em administração de empresas pela Faculdade de Economia e Administração da FEA – PUC/SP.
