Buenos Aires, April 29, 2025 – Pipeline Capital, a global M&A group, announces that it acted as the advisor to Seenka, the leading media intelligence and advertising analytics platform in Latin America, in the integration of adCuality. The transaction is part of Seenka’s regional expansion strategy and reinforces its position as the leading reference in the measurement of digital, traditional, and influencer marketing advertising investment across the region.

With this integration, Seenka expands its client base and strengthens its value proposition: broader coverage, increased accuracy, and advanced technology applied to the understanding of the advertising ecosystem across all media—digital, television, radio, social media, retail media, and more.

“We want to provide the market with the highest quality in real-time cross-media advertising measurement. This transaction allows us to take another step in that direction, incorporating adCuality’s clients into our platform and expanding Seenka’s presence throughout the region,” said Pablo Verdenelli, CEO of Seenka.

Seenka works alongside the leading agencies and advertisers in Latin America to develop new methodologies and analysis models that are more transparent, reliable, and actionable enabling the creation of precise attribution models, especially in digital environments where measurement is increasingly being questioned.

“Seenka is a prime example of how data and strategic vision can transform the media market. This transaction solidifies a leadership position that has been steadily building and demonstrates the power of M&A as a tool for expansion and competitive differentiation in Latin America,” comments Ángel Pascual, Head of LATAM at Pipeline Capital and lead advisor on the deal.

With this transaction, Seenka not only scales up but also reinforces its role as a transformative force in the marketing and advertising industry in the region.
