The transaction, facilitated by Pipeline Capital, will enable the offer of complete solutions for digital transformation in e-commerce and across the entire consumer journey.
Quality Digital, one of Brazil’s leading technology companies focused on creating unique and omnichannel digital experiences, has acquired 100% of Driven Tecnologia from co-founders Fabrizzio Topper and Pablo Canano. The transaction was brokered by Pipeline Capital, a global mergers and acquisitions group with over 12 years of market experience.
The integration of Driven Tecnologia will be total and immediate. Topper and Canano will now lead the new Digital Strategy Consulting division at Quality Digital.
In five years of operation, Driven Tecnologia expanded to more than 15 countries, earned 20 awards, and completed around 1,400 projects. Its main strength lies in its specialization in digital acceleration, offering a comprehensive package of solutions for channel digitization, from strategic planning to implementation. With omni-commerce projects and deliveries that include strategic design applied to business modeling, consumer journey, and customer experience, the company operates in areas such as Experience Design, Business Modeling, Data Intelligence, Tech Lab, Creative Lab, and Performance Lab.
Driven was born from a strategic merger of three companies with extensive expertise in different segments: Profite, specializing in e-commerce; Bluefoot, focused on digital performance; and TopperMinds, an innovation consultancy. Originally, Profite was a client of Pipeline Capital, and during the advisory process, the opportunity arose to merge with Bluefoot and TopperMinds, resulting in the creation of Driven Tecnologia. The fusion of these three companies formed a robust consultancy specializing in accelerating innovation in large organizations through the implementation of agile practices and digital transformation strategies.
With this acquisition, Quality Digital expands its portfolio and strengthens its position in the technology and digital communication market. “This move is a key part of our strategy.
