Pipeline Capital Advises on the Sale of Eyxo to MCI Group

Pipeline Capital advised Eyxo on the sale of a majority stake to MCI Group, a global Swiss engagement marketing group. The transaction connects a leading Brazilian agency in content, influence, and brand storytelling to an international player with a presence in more than 35 countries.

With the deal, MCI will operate in Brazil with two complementary brands, MCI Agência and Eyxo, expanding its offering of integrated solutions that combine content, experience, data, and audience engagement.

Eyxo remains under the leadership of Greta Paz, recognized by Forbes Under 30 Brazil, and with the continuity of the executive team, becoming part of the MCI Group’s regional ecosystem, which comprises approximately 370 professionals in Latin America.

Together, the companies managed over R$500 million in marketing spending in Brazil in 2025, with expected growth of at least 20% in 2026.
