In a transaction set to transform Brazil’s digital marketing landscape, Etus Media Holding, a MAdTech firm combining Marketing, Advertising, and Technology, announced the acquisition of Supersonic, a renowned Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist. With over 30 million users in Brazil, Etus strengthens its position as a one-stop shop for Growth Marketing, offering an innovative and comprehensive market approach. Pipeline Capital, a global M&A group, served as Supersonic’s financial advisor.
Supersonic, recognized for converting visitors into customers and leads, has built a solid reputation over the past decade with results for clients like Pagbank, Hotmart, Eli Lilly, Comgás, and Direcional Engenharia. The company sought to expand its impact beyond CRO to encompass the full marketing funnel.
The partnership with Etus enables this expansion. Recently, Etus launched an agency and SaaS branch, known for its unique Growth Marketing methodology, combining acquisition and retention expertise with highly scalable proprietary technology. The company projects to double operations in 2025, reaching around R$260 million in revenue.
