VML LATAM acquires Corebiz International

With the goal of enhancing its e-commerce capabilities in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, VML LATAM has officially acquired Corebiz International. This strategic move combines Corebiz’s expertise in system integration, CRM, SEO, and media management with VML’s end-to-end digital transformation approach.

The acquisition will enable VML LATAM to deliver increasingly innovative and personalized shopping experiences, aligned with the evolving trends of digital commerce.

“This integration reflects our commitment to delivering comprehensive and effective solutions to our clients,” said Felipe Macedo and Renan Mota, co-CEOs and founders of Corebiz.

A strategic partner of VTEX, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud in Latin America, Corebiz brings deep technical expertise and strong alliances to the VML LATAM ecosystem.
