After Guilherme Pierri’s departure, Peppery presents its new structure

Peppery announces new leadership after the departure of Guilherme Pierri, founding partner and CEO of the agency for 12 years. With the departure of Guilherme, CEO Luís Maia, who has been with the agency since 2016, CSO Henrique Rojas, who returned to the operation in 2019, and CDO Filipe Faro, took over control of the agency.

Pierri leaves the operation to dedicate himself full time to Digital Favela, a platform he co-founded alongside Celso Athayde.

The MBO, Peppery’s Management Buyout, was advised by Pipeline Capital Tech.
