SPOT Metrics, a data intelligence and customer relationship management (CRM) company focused on retail, announced its acquisition of Guru CRM, a team management solutions company with integration with databases and omnichannel sales capabilities. The acquisition strengthens SPOT Metrics’ strategy to expand its operations within the market. The company, which previously covered 16% of the national retail data, now has access to Guru CRM’s tools, which impact over 6 million customers per month and process more than 3.5 million transactions per day. Its client portfolio includes names such as Supermercados Zona Sul, Colcci, Any Any, among others.

The deal was advised by Pipeline Capital Tech, a global investment and M&A company.
