Tech sector leads in the Brazilian market

The Brazilian transactional market registered in the third quarter, 505 mergers and acquisitions, between announced and concluded, and a total value of BRL 63.9 billion.

Of the total transactions, 47% have the amounts revealed and 77% of the operations have already been concluded.

The Internet, Software & IT Services sector was the most active in the period, with a total of 347 transactions, representing a decrease of 26% compared to the same period in 2021. In second place is the Industry-Specific Software sector, with 247 transactions.
